How to request deletion
Step 1
Email support from the account email when possible
Send your deletion request to support@bythefigtree.com. Using the email tied to your Bible Verse Games account helps us verify the request faster.
Step 2
State that you want your account deleted
Include enough detail for us to identify the account, such as your sign-in email, username, or any other support reference relevant to the app.
Step 3
Wait for verification if needed
If we cannot verify that the request came from the account holder, we may ask for additional information before taking action.
Step 4
Receive confirmation when deletion is complete
Once the request is verified, deletion is typically completed within 30 days unless retention is required for security, legal, or fraud-prevention reasons.
